a few words...

A place to keep up to date with new and social media, videos i create for Podcastmatters music videos, short films, photography and things i like in general.

"Kyle Murdoch is a recent graduate from University of Dundee where he achieved a degree in Time Based Art within the television and imaging department. He spent a considerable amount of time learning his craft hands-on, shooting music videos and other projects where he was actively in the field using HD camera equipment before editing the projects using Final Cut Pro.

While at University he acquired valuable experience working alongside industry experts like Peter Richardson, who has directed over 50 music videos. Kyle also worked hard in various roles with Edit 123, again working shoulder-to-shoulder with some of the UK's most experienced producers.

At Podcastmatters his role includes filming and editing video projects for clients, turning the captured footage into video podcasts or media for distribution via social video sharing sites like YouTube.

Kyle's strengths lie in being able to understand quickly and effectively our client's needs and turning their vision into a reality using our state-of-the-art editing and production suite, along with our Sony HD cameras.

In his spare time he enjoys live music, football and golf."

I’m glad to see an article like this as i have always thought the eduction department could really exploit these social media tools more.
